Likikiri Lab incubates creative projects and serves as a forum for collaboration with South Sudanese artists. In 2016, Likikiri Lab collaborated with theatre group Ibdaa to produce the play Hilatna (Our Neighborhood), an adaptation of the South Sudanese folktale Kenyi and the Extraordinary Snake. The play debuted at World Theatre Day in Juba in 2017 and was performed again co-hosted by Korbandy’s Salon and South Sudan Theatre Organization.
